Homemade spaghetti sauce

This easy spaghetti sauce uses canned tomatoes.  The sauce can be eaten as soon as a half hour after combining ingredients, but it is best after cooking at least 2 hours.  I serve on cauliflower or spaghetti squash to save calories.

Saute meat and mushrooms, drain when meat is cooked through.  Add tomatoes.  Use wine to rinse cans, red or white wine is fine.  Add spices and cook at least a half hour, stirring occasionally.
