Mexican Lasagna

This is messier than a traditional lasagna, as there is only one tortilla.  Plan to spoon this on to plates or into bowls to serve.

Brown meat.  Drain fat.  Add half the salsa.  Put meat in round baking dish.  Add beans, then tortilla.  Top tortilla with remaining salsa and cheese, sliced, diced or crumbled.  Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
