Macaroni Salad

This is a simple, classic macaroni salad.  Cook macaroni according to package directions.  Drain.  Mix tuna and celery together, add vinegar.  Add cooked, cooled macaroni to tuna mixture.  Stir.  Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.  Chill at least an hour.  Salt and pepper to tastes.  Finely chopped onions or scallions can be added.  I also like to add baby peas for a higher calorie but delicious treat.

  • 1 container (4 cups ea.), Elbow Macaroni Noodles
  • 1 container (171 gs ea.), Albacore Tuna In Water Pouch 181 g (6.4 oz)
  • 16 tbsp, Light Mayo 35 Cal/Tbs
  • 2 tbsp (15 ml), Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 0.50 cup, Chopped Celery
