This is a simple, classic macaroni salad. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Mix tuna and celery together, add vinegar. Add cooked, cooled macaroni to tuna mixture. Stir. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Chill at least an hour. Salt and pepper to tastes. Finely chopped onions or scallions can be added. I also like to add baby peas for a higher calorie but delicious treat.
