Turkey and Peppers

I put this mixture on cauliflower, or romaine lettuce.  You may enjoy it as a topping for pasta, rice or as a filling for a burrito.

Dice all vegetables.  Saute turkey and vegetables until turkey is cooked through.  Drain fat.  Add tomatoes and cook for at least fifteen minutes.
