Cheesy chicken and vegetables

I love ricotta cheese.  If you don't, this recipe definitely won't work for you.

Saute peppers, onion and squash.  Prepare SteamFresh vegetables per package directions.  Toss vegetables and cheese together in saute pan.  Plate and top with warmed chicken strips.
