Tomato Soup Beef
I wanted a tomato beef mixture for burritos, and needed to use what was on hand. This worked out well. Can also be used as a sandwich filler, or on top of a salad or vegetables.
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain fat. Add tomato soup, cilantro and crushed red pepper flakes. Use wine to rinse tomato soup can. Cook on low for fifteen minutes.
