Spaghetti sauce with sausage
This is a high fat, high flavor spaghetti sauce. For low carb diets, serve on vegetable noodles or cauliflower instead of spaghetti.
Break sausage out of casing and saute with mushrooms, peppers and carrots. Drain grease when sausage is no longer pink.
Add canned tomato products and simmer for at least an hour.
