Quinoa Beef

A tasty lunch or dinner, serve with a salad or vegetables.

Empty canned beef into a sauce pan and add quinoa.  Warm slightly to give both beef and quinoa a slightly roasted taste.  Add tomatoes and beef broth and cook until quinoa is tender.  If you have leftover roast beef, or deli roast beef or ground beef, they can all be used in this recipe.
