Quick Beef Soup

Another "whatever I have on hand" recipes.  When my recipes refer to "seasoning blend" I am referring to a product similar to this.
Cook seasoning blend with beef until vegetables are clear.  Add beef broth, canned tomatoes and diced squash and cook until squash is tender.  I usually pre-cook chayote squash in boiling water before dicing, as it makes it easier to peel and dice.  Any leftover vegetables, and any leftover beef can be used to make this soup.
