Meat Loaf

This easy meatloaf is a good winter night's supper.  Mix all ingredients, shape into a loaf loaf and place on broiler pan (so there is drainage for the fat). (I line my lower pan with foil for easier clean up.)  Bake for 45 minutes at 350.  Serve with whatever sides you like.

  • 16 oz, All Natural Lean Ground Beef 93/7
  • 3 tsp 5ml, Original Worcestershire Sauce Ph1967
  • 4 Tbsp (15ml), Heinz Ketchup
  • 0.50 cup, Raw Oats
  • 1 egg (50g), Large
  • 1 tbsp, Dried Minced Onions
  • 1 tbsp, garlic
