Cole Slaw
Cole slaw is another salad that has numerous variations. I don't add onions or carrots to this version. But feel free to add them if you want too. I also like a diced cole slaw, so all vegetables are diced into a fine dice. Once the vegetables are diced together, pour on the vinegar and mix, and then add the mayonnaise and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least an hour to let the flavors marry, salt and pepper to taste.

- 0.50 cup slices, Cucumber - With peel, raw
- 1 OZ, Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tb, Light Mayonaise
