Chicken Cordon Bleu
Another slightly complicated chicken recipe. Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet until thin. Spread out one breast at a time. Place a slice of swiss cheese and a slice of ham on each chicken breast. (If ham is julienne sliced instead of sandwich sliced, place a fifth of the ham on each breast). Roll the chicken breasts with the ham and cheese inside and secure with tooth picks. Place in baking pan and empty Cream of Mushroom soup over the chicken. Bake at 350 for one hour, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
