Cauliflower and Cheese

This easy cauliflower and cheese is tasty and higher in protein from the cottage cheese.

Blanch cauliflower for ten  minutes in the microwave or in boiling water.  Drain and mix with cottage cheese.  Slice cheese stick into 1/8 inch slices and mix in.  Put in baking dish.  Top with Cheddar Cheese slices.  Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
