Cabbage and Chicken Soup

This is one of those "I want soup and I'll use what I have" recipes.  This particular time I used chicken breast lunch meat that I had in the house. You can use canned chicken or leftover chicken or ground chicken.  You can also use cabbage already shredded as cole slaw mix.

Saute creole seasoning until clear.  Add cabbage, sliced thin and let cabbage just wilt a little.  Add the broth and beans and cook until all vegetables are soft.  Hearty and filling.
