Homemade spaghetti sauce

This easy spaghetti sauce uses canned tomatoes.  The sauce can be eaten as soon as a half hour after combining ingredients, but it is best after cooking at least 2 hours.  I serve on cauliflower or spaghetti squash to save calories. Cabbage and Noodles

Comfort food at it's finest. Pepper Rice

Side dish or main meal - you decide.  Chock full of antioxidants.
